How We Handle Your Order
Every order placed at crackkearbarrel is important to us. We work to get your items packed and on the road as quickly as possible.
- Order processing: Please allow 1–2 business days for us to carefully prepare your package. Orders received after 12:00 PM PT or on weekends and holidays begin processing the following business day.
- Where we ship: We currently deliver to all 50 United States and Washington, D.C. At this time we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories.
- Carrier selection: We partner with major national carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier for your order is chosen based on package size, destination, and the fastest available service at no cost to you.
- Delivery time: Once your order has shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days within the contiguous U.S. Deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii may require a few additional days.
- Shipping cost: Standard shipping is always free on all orders with no minimum purchase. Expedited options are not currently offered.
- Tracking: As soon as your package leaves our facility, a shipment confirmation with a tracking number will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to activate.
